No. Joining Harborly is completely free. We only earn when you earn our 20% platform fee is deducted from the client’s payment, so you always receive your full 80% share directly.
No. Harborly is an introductory marketplace. All carers on the platform are self-employed independent professionals. You are responsible for your own tax, National Insurance, and any insurance you deem appropriate. You confirm this during onboarding.
Once approved by our admin team, your profile goes live immediately and you can start receiving booking requests. Some carers get their first booking within days.
You can still start your application. We’ll provide guidance on how to obtain an enhanced DBS check. While we recommend having it ready, we understand the process can take time and will work with you.
