The monthly plan fee covers your platform access, scheduling tools, and priority features. Carer sessions are paid separately at the carer’s hourly rate, with the standard Harborly platform fee applied (reduced rates for Regular and Dedicated subscribers). This is clearly shown before you confirm any booking.

Harborly facilitates introductions and provides platform tools — we do not employ carers or manage care delivery directly.
